rental conditions

These General Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to all reservations made by the user of the website www.confidentiel-hotel.com.
Validation of the reservation on the website www.confidentiel-hotel.com constitutes acceptance without restriction or reservation of these General Conditions. The Customer acknowledges having the required capacity to reserve and contract on the website www.confidentiel-hotel.com.

1. Confidentiel Hotel

The company FLANDRE SARL with capital of €7,774.90 - 411 221 005 RCS FREJUS, with its head office at 1090, Avenue du Colonel Brooke 83700 Saint-Raphaël.

2. Objective

The Contract governs the contractual relations between the Client and the Hotel with which the Client makes a reservation and/or a purchase. The General Terms and Conditions are made available to the Customer on the Site where they can be directly consulted at any time. The Customer has the option of storing and editing the General Terms and Conditions using the standard functionalities of his browser and/or computer.
The T&Cs take precedence over any other document with regard to their subject matter, except for the Special Conditions of the Reserved Rate or the Cancellation Policy which take precedence over the T&Cs in the event of a conflict.

The Contract expresses the entirety of the obligations of the parties. No general or specific conditions communicated by the Client may be incorporated into or added to the Contract.

3. Prices and conditions

Le Confidentiel Hotel reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and include the provision of accommodation, charges included (water, electricity, heating), with the exception of the tourist tax payable on site.
Our displayed prices do not include:
The rent does not include:

• The tourist tax,
Services provided at the request of the Tenant, in particular services not included (transfers, treatments & massages, access to the SPA, etc.)

The Tenant having paid a deposit towards the rental is liable for the balance which he must pay 45 days before the start of the stay, under the conditions defined in article 4 of these General Conditions.
In any case, no key will be handed over before all sums due have been paid in full by the Tenant.

4. Reservation and payment

4.1 Booking conditions
Prior to concluding the reservation, the Tenant finds on the website www.confidentiel-hotel.com all the necessary information on prices, dates and the elements constituting the stay (such as location of the accommodation, typology, capacity, main characteristics , photographs, optional additional services, cancellation conditions, etc.).
The Tenant must go to the website www.confidentiel-hotel.com. The Tenant will then make his choice regarding the Property to rent by selecting the reservation dates from those available. He will then be able to confirm the reservation and pay directly on the website via the Payline payment interface.
At this stage, the Tenant will have to pay their entire stay via the payment interface.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated when creating their account.
For all last minute reservations, the entire stay must be paid immediately. In the event of a balance not paid within the deadline, the Confidentiel Hotel reserves the right to consider your reservation as void and to apply the cancellation conditions provided for this purpose and defined below. The accommodation reservation is taken into account by the Alpine Residences service upon receipt of payment.
4.2 Reservation confirmation
A reservation confirmation is then sent to the Renter (by email).

This payment can be made:
• Either by credit card or cash
• Either by transfer,
• Either by holiday vouchers, only for a direct reservation, that is to say, directly by telephone, email or on the website www.confidentiel-hotel.com. Holiday vouchers are not accepted for reservations via OTAs (Expedia, booking, hotel.com, weekendesk, etc.)

In addition, the Confidentiel Hotel reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the payment conditions appearing above, to suspend or cancel the reservation made by the Tenant.

5. Arrival and departure times

The Tenant must notify in advance of the day and time of his arrival.
The rental begins at 3 p.m. and ends no later than 11 a.m. on the last day of the rental.
The rental contract ceases automatically at the end of the fixed term, without there being any need to give notice. The duration of the contract and therefore of the rental cannot be extended without the prior written consent of the Lessor. If the Tenant decides to leave the rented premises before the scheduled date, he will not be able to claim any reimbursement for the remaining period, both for accommodation and for associated services not consumed.

6. Deposit

The security deposit essentially covers losses and damage that could be caused to the rented property and to movable or other objects furnishing the rented premises, as well as to various consumptions. Any lost, broken, damaged or damaged object must be replaced or reimbursed to the Lessor at its replacement value by the Lessee who undertakes to do so.
If no damage is noted after the check-out inventory, no debit will be made to the Tenant's bank card.
The return of the keys, at the end of the rental, does not imply a waiver by the Lessor of compensation for rental repairs, if he proves that the damage was the fault of the Tenant.

7. Main obligations of the tenant

The Tenant is required to:

• Occupy the premises only bourgeoisly, to the exclusion of the exercise of any trade, profession or industry, the tenant recognizing that this rental has only been granted to him as a temporary residence and pleasure, major condition without which the rental would not have been granted to him.
• Do not do anything which, through your own actions or those accompanying you, could harm the peace of the neighborhood or other occupants.
• Occupy the premises personally and may IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES sublet, even free of charge, nor transfer their rental rights, except with the written consent of the Lessor.
• Do not exceed the occupancy capacity of the property. The premises subject to rental must not, under any circumstances, be occupied by a number of people greater than that indicated, except with the prior agreement of the Lessor. If the Tenant contravenes this clause, the Lessor may seek liability from the Tenant.
• Do not store, under any circumstances, furniture, except for linen and small objects.
• Do not make any modification or change in the arrangement of furniture and premises; nor transport the furniture and objects furnishing it from the rented property.
• Do not bring any pet into the rented property without prior authorization from the Lessor, the possibility of detention being subject to the fact that the animal does not cause any damage or disturbance of enjoyment in the neighborhood.
• Do not use internet access for purposes contrary to legal provisions, particularly with regard to prohibitions on the reproduction, representation or communication of works protected by copyright.
• Allow work to be carried out during the rental, in the rented premises, the obvious urgency of which does not allow it to be postponed.
• Inform the Confidentiel Hotel, upon arrival, of any anomaly observed (in particular incomplete inventory or housekeeping problem). After this period, the rented property will be considered to have been given clean and in working order upon entry by the Tenant.
• Immediately inform Confidential Hotel of any disaster or damage occurring in the rented premises, even if no apparent damage results.
• Responsible for damage and losses which occur by his own doing or by the doing of persons accompanying him, during the enjoyment of the property, unless he proves that they occurred without his fault or that of the persons above. designated.

8. Conditions of cancellation

8.1 Modifications 
Le Confidentiel Hotel accepts any change in date and type of accommodation subject to availability and made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel. The hotel also has the right to cancel within 48 hours before the arrival date for any suspicious reservations or incorrect rates.

8.2 Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the Renter must notify the Lessor by email.
For all cancellations, Le Confidentiel Hotel retains the following percentage of the total price of the stay:
- less than 48 hours before the Tenant's arrival, the establishment retains 100% of the total amount of the stay.
- No show at the place of stay: the establishment retains 100% of the total amount of the stay.

9. Legal provisions - use of the internet connection

The identifiers for internet access via WIFI are communicated to the Tenant upon entry into the rented property.
The Tenant is responsible for the use of the internet access made available throughout the rental period as defined in the rental contract.
Navigation is done under your sole responsibility. Please note that it is prohibited to download works protected by copyright or to consult internet pages whose content is prohibited, such as pornography, pedophilia, racism, incitement to violence. All internet activities may be recorded and verified in the event of suspicion of abuse.
